Do you have Do you have a military discount?

 

·      Yes 15%. Please send me a email from your military email or send me a picture of your DoD ID.

How much is shipping?

 

·      Free in the US

 

 

Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

 

 

·      We sure do! Shipping starts at $50, If your shipping charges happen to be less we will refund you the difference. If there is a customs or import fee, we do not pay for it, it is the responsibility of the buyer. It is shipped using USPS first class international. If you would like a different shipping option please contact us at [email protected], additional postal fees may apply.

 

·      For international customers **If your package arrives damaged You must immediately present the article, mailing container, wrapping, packaging, and any other contents received in damaged condition and/or with missing contents to a Post Office™ for inspection. The Post Office will verify the damage and give you a PS Form 3831, Receipt for Article(s) Damaged in Mails, for your files. And please let us know so we can assist you in providing any documentation that is required. 

 

How long will it take to receive my order?

 

 

·      Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. We ship all orders via USPS. If you would like a different shipping option please contact us before purchasing at, additional postal fees will apply. 

·      International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 3 weeks.

·      What are my shipping options?

·      Standard shipping means the post office can leave packages on your doorstep. If this is an issue in your neighborhood, Especially around the holidays, Please choose the Signature confirmation shipping option for added security, as we are not responsible for stolen packages. To add insurance to your package please contact  prior to purchasing, additional fees will apply. 

 

 

 

What is this store's return and exchange policy?

 

 

·      Due to the nature of our products we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is in non-used, re-sellable condition within 14 days of purchase.

·      For custom orders we do not take returns or exchanges.

·      However, if you do have a problem with your purchase please contact us so that we may attempt to make it right.

·      Gear that has been used and subject to normal wear and tear is not returnable or exchangeable.

·      Please do not use the gear if you feel that there is an issue, please contact us first.

·      There is a $2.50 restocking fee for all returns/canceled orders.

·      Exchange shipping will not be paid by the company, but by the Customer.

·      Shipping charges are not refundable.

·      Please contact us prior to any and all returns. 

 

***Please note that if you buy from a distributor and not from the team at BRYANTBOXING.COM, any discrepancies must be submitted to the distributor that your gear was purchased from. Gear purchased outside of BRYANTBOXING.COM  does not come with the same return and exchange policy, but at the policy of the distributor.
